There are several ways to browse AnaMariaKim.com. You may explore our homepage features or visit our navigation bar found at the top of every page. Simply roll your cursor over the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as pants or sweaters. Within each category, you will find further links to help you locate exactly what you are looking for.
If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by name, color, category or style.
When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to shopping bag". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “Checkout” to be led through the checkout process. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through AnaMariaKim.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers. Please note we are available Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (PST) and Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), excluding holidays.
do i need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at AnaMariaKim.com without creating an account. However, register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to Assistance@AnaMariaKim.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
If you have received your order and need to return it, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for that item.
In order to make an exchange, you must place a new order for your preferred size, color, or item. You can either do so by visiting our website and repeating the original order process, or by contacting an ANA MARIA KIM online personal shopper via email at Assistance@AnaMariaKim.com.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
AnaMariaKim.com offers price adjustments for full-price online purchases. We cannot offer further markdowns on sale merchandise.
If an item you have purchased has been reduced from its original price, you must contact us within 10 days of placing the order to have the difference refunded to you in the original form of payment. To request an adjustment, please email us at Assistance@AnaMariaKim.com.
Please note that a different price adjustment policy may apply to in-store purchases.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
What does 'SAMPLE Sale' mean?
If an item is marked 'Sample Sale,' this means that it was a Sample piece from the development of the product. It means that the piece was tried on by our fit models and tested for comfort, durability and quality control during Design, Patternmaking or Sewing. Sample Sale pieces are generally at discounted prices given their nature. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Sample Sale' items.
What does 'PR SAMPLE' mean?
If an item is marked 'PR Sample,' this means that it was a perfect piece from Production that was used by our models during Photography for the website or Marketing Events for Brand Promotion. PR stands for Public Relations. PR Sample pieces are generally at discounted prices given they have been used and might be slightly damaged during Photo shoots. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'PR Sample' items.
What does 'Final Sale' mean?
If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale pieces are usually clearance or the last pieces available in stock. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.
what SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM I WANT IS UNAVAILABLE?

If we receive enough inquires and requests regarding a product, we try to remanufacture the product. Should the piece become available again, you will be promptly notified.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal.
In what currency are the prices displayed on ANAMARIAKIM.com?
All prices of merchandise on AnaMariaKim.com are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note the final checkout price is also reflected in U.S. dollars (USD).
Is my credit card information safe?
Ana Maria Kim uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect credit card information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system. Once it is received, it is stored in a location not accessible via the Internet.
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
Our system only accepts one coupon per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS?
We offer a variety of shipping options, detailed below. Orders are shipped promptly via Federal Express (FedEx), however please note that there may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.
Ground Shipping - $10
We offer complimentary Ground shipping for all ANA MARIA KIM orders over $500 within the United States only. After your order is processed, your package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Saturday).
Express/Second Day Delivery - $20
Your order must reach us by 2PM (PST). It will normally be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Overnight Delivery - $35
Your order must reach us by 2PM (PST). It will normally be delivered the following business day (Monday – Friday).
Holiday Shipping
Shipping will not be available on
- Christmas, December 25th
- New Years Eve, December 31st
- New Years Day, January 1st
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the Shipping Details and a FedEx Tracking Number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Overnight and Express deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. ANA MARIA KIM cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond ANA MARIA KIM's control.
WHERE DOES ANA MARIA KIM SHIP?
Online purchases may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX OR APO/FPO ADDRESS?
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses or a Hotel, or Motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. Possessions and Territories situated outside North America.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
For security reasons, all ANA MARIA KIM online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered by FedEx. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the driver will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be returned to sender.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
ANA MARIA KIM will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase.
All Overnight, Express, Ground and Saturday purchases are shipped via FedEx. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status. In addition, we will send you confirmation email once we receive a delivery notification from FedEx.
RETURNS
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES?
We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any products ordered on ANAMARIAKIM.COM website for store credit, refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, eligible items or defective merchandise.
Returned products must be in the original condition in which they were received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return. A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply depending on the order.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact.
ANA MARIA KIM reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in ANA MARIA KIM’s sole discretion.

Please pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging box. Complete the return questionnaire in the packing slip and include it in the return package as well. Before sending to return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
For your convenience, any domestic orders placed on ANAMARIAKIM.COM will receive a Pre-Paid Shipping Return Label with your order. If you choose to return your order with this SmartLabel, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your order credit amount. If you choose not to use our Pre-Paid Shipping Label, you are welcome to use a postal carrier of your choosing and at your own cost. Please send the return package to the following address:

If you are using our SmartLabel, you can drop your package off at a U.S. Post Office or schedule a pick up online. To receive credit, items must be received within 14 days of delivery date. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
Merchandise returned to AnaMariaKim.com will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. For Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and pre-paid/gift cards, we will reimburse the card used whenever possible. If we are unable to reimburse the card used, we will issue the refund in the form of a corporate check. We recommend that you save your card even after the funds have been depleted, in the event that you would like to make a return. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM GIFTED TO ME BY SOMEONE ELSE?
If you received an item as a gift from AnaMariaKim.com, you may exchange it for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of delivery. You, the gift recipient, must pay the difference in price. Please contact Customer Service at Assistance@AnaMariaKim.com to receive a pre-paid label by email.
You may exchange the gift item either (i) for a different item of equal or greater value, or (ii) multiple items that together are equal to or greater in value than the purchased products. Shipping costs are excluded from the value of an exchange.
Gift items purchased on AnaMariaKim.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.

HOW DO I SEND A GIFT?
During your online checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message and exclude the price from the order invoice.
CAN I GET MY PURCHASE GIFT-WRAPPED?
Items may be gift wrapped in a Signature White Alligator box tied with an Ana Maria Kim logo-printed satin ribbon and embellished with a personalized Gift Label. During your online checkout, you will have the option to include a personalized gift message and exclude the price from the order invoice.
