We offer a variety of shipping options, detailed below. Orders are shipped promptly via Federal Express (FedEx), however please note that there may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.
Ground Shipping - $10
We offer complimentary Ground shipping for all ANA MARIA KIM orders over $500 within the United States only. After your order is processed, your package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Saturday).
Express/Second Day Delivery - $20
Your order must reach us by 2PM (PST). It will normally be delivered within 2 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Overnight Delivery - $35
Your order must reach us by 2PM (PST). It will normally be delivered the following business day (Monday – Friday).
Shipping will not be available on
- Christmas, December 25th
- New Years Eve, December 31st
- New Years Day, January 1st
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the Shipping Details and a FedEx Tracking Number. Follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses or a Hotel, or Motel address. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. Possessions and Territories situated outside North America.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Overnight and Express deliveries are made Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. ANA MARIA KIM cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond ANA MARIA KIM's control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any products ordered on ANAMARIAKIM.COM website for store credit, refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. We will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, eligible items or defective merchandise.
Returned products must be in the original condition in which they were received with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box). The original invoice must be provided with any return. A pickup and/or restocking fee may apply depending on the order.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Certain items such as ready-to-wear are shipped with a return tag attached. Returns on these specific items will only be honored if the label remains intact
ANA MARIA KIM reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in ANA MARIA KIM’s sole discretion.

Please pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging box. Complete the return questionnaire in the packing slip and include it in the return package as well. Before sending to return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
For your convenience, any domestic orders placed on ANAMARIAKIM.COM will receive a Pre-Paid Shipping Return Label with your order. If you choose to return your order with this SmartLabel, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your order credit amount. If you choose not to use our Pre-Paid Shipping Label, you are welcome to use a postal carrier of your choosing and at your own cost. Please send the return package to the following address:

ANA MARIA KIM recommends using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged en route. We cannot accept C.O.D. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status. ANA MARIA KIM does not take title to any returned products until they are received by us.
If you are using our SmartLabel, you can drop your package off at a U.S. Post Office or schedule a pick up online. To receive credit, items must be received within 14 days of delivery date. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order. Please note that original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
